Composer of "Little Women," the first ever Broadway musical adaption of the classic Louisa May Alcott novel, Jason Howland also has extensive credits as an arranger, conductor and producer include the Grammy-nominated Broadway cast album of Jekyll & Hyde (Musical Director/Composer), the Broadway cast album of The Scarlet Pimpernel (Associate Producer) and Linda Eder's albums It's Time (Vocal Arranger) and Christmas Stays the Same (Vocal Arranger/Arranger). In concert, Howland has conducted such notables as Ray Charles, Natalie Cole, Brandy, Carl Anderson and Bebe & Cece Winans, as well as the premiere of three new symphonic works composed by Frank Wildhorn for the opening celebration of the 1998 Goodwill Games. Howland, along with Dani Davis, is co-founder of half pint productions, inc.
